Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day. So let's see what a typical breakfast looks like in different countries across the world!

Australia - Vegemite on buttered toast.

Taiwan - Jianbing crepe of egg and wheat flour with pork, beans, nuts and chili sauce.

Columbia - Changua soup of milk, water, potatoes with a poached egg on top served with bread.

Egypt - Ful Medames - fava bean stew with spices, eggs and veggies.

Finland - Puuro porridge with milk, berries and sugar.

Germany - bread rolls, cold cuts, cheese, eggs and veggies, sometimes together as a sandwich.

Iran - Haleem stew of barley, beef broth, lentils and spices.

Israel - poached eggs in tomato sauce and bread.

Jamaica - Ackee and Saltfish which is fruit and fish with a fried plantain on the side.

The Netherlands - Hagelslag (flavored sprinkles) on bread.

Uganda - Katogo - cooked green bananas with beef sauce and tea or juice to drink.

England - Bacon, eggs, bangers, porridge, fruit, tea.

U.S.A. - pancakes, bacon, eggs, toast and coffee, milk or orange juice.
